Our safety promise
Bulbo is built for children first. These rules are part of the product, not settings you have to find.
You hold the account, not your child
Only a parent or guardian can create an account. Children play inside your account with a nickname, an avatar and their age. They never type an email, a real name or anything else about themselves.
No ads, no chat, nothing to buy
- There is no advertising anywhere in Bulbo, and no advertising trackers.
- Children cannot talk to anyone. There is no chat, no friends list and no leaderboard.
- Children never see a price or a payment button. Leaving the game needs a parent check.
Healthy screen time
Bulbo stops after 15 minutes a day by default, and you can choose between 10 and 30. Missing a day never loses anything, so there is no pressure to keep a streak.
The data we keep
- For you: your email, your password (stored scrambled) and your subscription status.
- For your child: nickname, avatar, age, and their puzzle answers, used only to adapt the puzzles and write your report.
- We never collect a child's birth date, surname, photo, voice or location.
- You can delete a child profile or your whole account at any time. It is erased within 30 days.
